From difficult conversations around performance improvement to providing the guidance that helps individuals to continue to excel, I work my hardest to ensure that my direct reports can obtain the resources they need to grow as professionals. Additionally, as an Associate Project Lead, I help to ensure that our project plans are viable and that we as a team are meeting our deliverable deadlines. I've been into PC building since childhood, and have been playing video games since before I could read. I'm a big fan of fantasy and grandiose stories, and enjoy writing up Dungeons and Dragons campaigns to DM for my friends. My degree in Religious Studies actually allowed me to focus my courseload into mythology and ancient religious, which, along with a double major into English, helped me grow as a writer and storyteller!
