✨What I'm all About✨: Associate Project Lead by title and a people manager by heart, I thrive in situations where I can help others reach their full potential. I believe that a positive learning environment is one of the best things anyone can give to a team, and that a productive team is one built on a foundation of trust and a shared growth mindset.✅What I Bring to the Table✅: I have 2 years of experience providing performance assessments to direct reports on my team while plotting out trajectories to help them reach their career goals, and 3 years of experience managing tasks and priorities for a remote team. From difficult conversations around performance improvement to providing the guidance that helps individuals to continue to excel, I work my hardest to ensure that my direct reports can obtain the resources they need to grow as professionals. Additionally, as an Associate Project Lead, I help to ensure that our project plans are viable and that we as a team are meeting our deliverable deadlines. I encourage healthy communication and collaboration to make this possible, while also building a sense of community amongst our team.📈How I'm Growing Myself📈: I am currently expanding my skillset into the realm of project management via Google's Professional Project Management certification, while also further bolstering my people management toolkit with research into HR policies and best practices. When complete, I will continue seeking new learning opportunities in my field - a good leader inspires growth by showing that they, too, always have room to grow!😊Getting to Know Me😊: If you've gotten this far into my bio, maybe you'd be interested in my personal passions! I've been into PC building since childhood, and have been playing video games since before I could read. I'm a big fan of fantasy and grandiose stories, and enjoy writing up Dungeons and Dragons campaigns to DM for my friends. My degree in Religious Studies actually allowed me to focus my courseload into mythology and ancient religious, which, along with a double major into English, helped me grow as a writer and storyteller!
