Hunter Valley Operations (HVO) is a large open cut mine development in the Hunter Valley. The site has had several owners and as a result overall infrastructure asset maintenance declined. In September 2018 HVO sanctioned "The Structural Integrity Project" The primary mission is to assess overall structural condition of assets across the site and initiate remediation or replacement of the asset.
