David is one of the founders of Mangioni Biggs + Co. With over 25 years' experience in both private practice and as in-house counsel, David specialises in transactional and general counsel commercial and corporate work for companies across a broad range of industries including broadcasting, advertising and marketing, building and construction, technology, professional services, sporting clubs and meat processing. David has extensive experience in preparing and negotiating all manner of commercial contracts (including shareholder, joint venture and partnership agreements, technology and IP agreements, software licensing agreements, and supply and distribution agreements) and all manner of corporate documents (including private and public company constitutions, trust deeds for family trusts, unit trusts and discretionary trusts, and financing and security documents).
