Independent Product Representative Marketing to the Swimming Pool, Landscape, and Construction Industry.

Responsible for launching a pool and spa chemical line and establishing new business in AZ, NM, CO, UT, ID, WY, and MT. Create and implement sales plan, deliver presentations and administer account maintenance. Create promotions to increase ROI. Monitor and analyze sales activities against targets and provide timely feedback to management regarding growth, development and performance. Train, coach and develop region’s retail and service professionals. Develop, support and allocate budgetary funds for advertising and promotional campaigns. Orchestrate participation in regional trade shows and meetings. Travel extensively within territory and ensure fulfillment of company objectives.
