• Serve as the lead liaison for the St. Johns River Water Management District's regulatory program and the general agriculture community for water use permits.Responsibilities include:
• Identifying and implementing measures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the permitting process for agriculture producers by focusing on eliminating unnecessary expenses, processes and duplication.
• Educating permittees and consultants about the District’s permit review criteria.
