Prior to Accordion, David was a Managing Director in KPMG’s Deal Advisory & Strategy practice where he held multiple M&A Services leadership roles as Consumer Markets, Financial Services/ Insurance sectors & Southeast region lead serving Fortune 500 companies, private equity clients, and mid-size businesses.David was also a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s M&A and Restructuring practice leading consumer and industrial markets integrations and separations, a Principal with Gemini Consulting supporting procurement, supply chain, shared services optimization, performance improvement and transformation programs. He also served as an officer in the U.S. Army, specializing in supply chain & logistics and personnel & administration.David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Birmingham Southern College and is a frequent speaker at M&A conferences.
