Handles inbound calls from customers and provides assistance with invoice explanations, and services in general. This position also handles more difficult and challenging calls that require escalations. First bill reviews are also a part of the job when dealing with first-time customers that need to understand what their services are, their pricing, and going over their contract(s).

I handle the management of audio conferencing services that are provided to a range of court reporting agencies and law firms for a variety of legal cases as well as the handling of billing and customer service duties.

Trouble Management Administrator - Takes reports for services that may experience issues, such as downed T-1 circuits, DSL circuits, MPLS, PRI, and POTS lines. Engaging of the proper carrier of these services, and follows up until a resolution is made. Also has extensive customer contact. Also, I have improved my experience lately by becoming Adtran certified. In this, I have learned how to program new equipment for new locations with our customers, as well as how to troubleshoot basic problems.Customer Care Representative - Takes inbound calls and/or e-mails relating to customers who are in need of assistance regarding their monthly invoices, services, payments, records, and other issues pertaining to their accounts. After dealing with these calls, this position then handles them until a resolution is reached. Conferencing Manager For Deposition Conferencing - Takes care of inbound calls, mainly for court reporting services as well as law firms. These calls can range from assisting with setting up a deposition for a court reporter or law firm via video conferencing, or by audio only. In addition to these duties, the position requires one to process payments for depositions, handle collection issues, and maintain records for billing purposes.
