A senior manager/consultant with experience in a broad range of business sectors including NHS, insurance & finance, manufacturing, distribution, telecoms and the Internet. With a proven track record in both the public and private sector I have lead teams across multiple sites and multiple countries. I have successfully programme managed major mission critical projects (using MSP and PRINCE II) both as a supplier and as a customer, defining, implementing and managing IM&T strategies, IT infrastructures and strategic business systems such as Care Records Service (CRS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Clinical Information and international customer activation.I have experience of working at a senior level, working with directors and “heads of” delivering strategy development and implementation, business improvement, cost reductions and service provision. I also have experience of working within major programs such as the NHS National Programme for IT (NPfIT)/Connecting for Health, and have successfully implemented systems, business change and business process redesign (BPR) in difficult situations in a number of organisations.
