Electrical design of Midstream Gas Processing Plants: power, controls, instrument, lighting, utilities, wire ways, cable trays, E-Houses, etc based on client needs.- Coordinate with Structural, Civil, Piping teams for clean packages and plans identifying problems before they become issues.- Create & maintain Bill of Material (BOM) - Work with Project Engineers to issue change orders as needed to reflect changes for the most optimal design.- Design wiring, control, motor, power distribution, and gear schematics, lighting, utilites, panel boards, MCC, Switchgear, instruments, Control Panels and any other electrical needs the job has.- Work with project engineer to creat safety plan, area classification layouts, architecture and security designs.- Create and maintaining Cable, Conduit, and pull Schedules.- Work with project managers and project engineers to maintain scheduled, meet deadlines, correspond with the client, and strive to exceed client’s expectations.- Preform redlines from both internal and external customers, to ensure design is correct.- Preform load calculations to ensure a balance and quality design.- Review and access vendor Drawings and equipment.- Provide field support in and off site- Create all As Built packages for the user manuals.

- Electrical design of Power Distribution Centers (PDC), lighting, utilities, wire ways, cable trays based on client needs.- Coordinate with Structural team for clean packages and plans identifying problems before they become issues.- Create & maintain Bill of Material (BOM) - Work with Project Managers to issue change orders as needed to reflect changes for the most optimal design.- Design wiring schematics for lighting, utilites, panel boards, MCC, PLC, HVAC and any other needs the job has.- Work with project managers and project engineers to maintain scheduled, meet deadlines, correspond with the client, and strive to exceed client’s expectations.- Preform redlines from both internal and external customers, to ensure design is correct.- Preform load calculations to ensure a balance panel and quality design.- Create all As Built packages for the user manuals.

- Electrical design of Protect Control buildings, wire ways, cable trays based on client needs. - Work with Structural team for clean corresponding packages and plans. - Maintain Bill of Material (BOM) and issue change orders as needed to reflect changes for the most optimal design. - Design wiring schematics for panel boards, MCC, PLC, HVAC and any other needs the job has. - Work with project managers and team leads to maintain scheduled, meet deadlines and strive to exceed client’s expectations. - Preform redlines from both internal and external customers, to ensure design is correct. - Preform load calculations to ensure a balance panel and quality design.

 Review, initiate and own engineering and processes improvement opportunities Review incoming packages, assessing materials, routings, BOMs, technical drawings, CAM tapes, specifications and other documentation Transfer and maintenance of data within and to SAP for all items, creation of new parts, rentals, routers, BOMs, extending to other plants, and general maintenance Fulfill Lead Drafter responsibilities, overseeing Global Engineering Drafting team, and consulting in new product development and standards Draft packages for all PDC product lines Prepare technical drawings, documentation and standardization for all PDC product lines Supervise Global Engineering Drafting Team: train, assign projects, oversee packages, and more Support and coordinate with Designers, Manufacture Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing Design Rapid Response Team package execution for Diamond products Perform standard part creation (Lead designer for cutters, gage rings, go/no go rings, boats funnels, and more) Lead and consult assorted Process Improvement Teams

 Oversee projects, coordinate with in-house engineers and drafters as well as all external customers to expedite and complete full MEP packages for permit  Build Electrical and Mechanical CAD drawings based on the National, State, Local codes as well as integrating owner/architectural preferences, in the most efficient and cost effective means available Prepare/Revise/Maintain plans for bid sets, permit, and construction Coordinate with Architects, Owners, Power Companies and City Officials to prepare electrical, mechanical and energy design, and calculations Research specifications for electrical and HVAC equipment, local codes, and more Support and assist Mechanical and Electrical Engineers in all phases of projects Prepare and present electrical calculations, Mechanical Manual J and Manual D calculations and Zoning, Energy compliance calculations and analysis Provide detailed electrical calculations including load analysis, panel schedules, one-line diagrams, conduit sizing, product specification and other related skill.
