David W. McLendon, P.E., C.F.M., is president of McLendon Hydrology and Engineering, LLC (MHE). Formed in 2012, MHE is a North Texas civil engineering firm that provides drainage analyses and floodplain management engineering consulting services to serve the needs of its clients. Mr. McLendon has more than 20 years of project experience working with municipal and private development projects. MHE provides practical solutions for its clients in specialty areas such as: floodplain studies and mapping, LOMCs through FEMA, detention pond and downstream assessment studies, master drainage planning, storm drain analysis, levee certification, and dam breach analyses.
