I’m interested in processes. I enjoy discussing whether or not a given process or program is ideal, how that process came about, and what improvements can be realistically made to that process. I believe concrete data is essential to answering those questions, and I want to help businesses obtain and interpret that concrete data. I have over eight years of experience looking for and finding opportunities to improve various areas of business operations.I work primarily from home, communicating over the phone and through text and e-mail. I have a young son and during business hours I am his primary caregiver, so if I need to attend anything in person I will likely need to bring him, but I am open to making arrangements if that is extraordinarily difficult.
