Provide strategic direction for the Oracle practice and focus on Selling/Business Development, Solution Architecture, and executive sponsorship for key accounts and customers. Responsible for Services Sales for Life/Health Sciences Industry nationally.

David was responsible for bringing ThoughtDigital into the New England region and was intstrumental in gaining the organization a strong foothold in the Oracle EBS and Technology market in the region. Grew the region from $0 to $5m in revenue in a little less than a year by ramping up headcount to 12 consultants

Spent the early years focused on Oracle Financials and Projects Applications and Professional Services Automation solutions for clients in the Consulting, Services and Lifesciences industries. Acted as an industry thought leader in developing business process and solution focused at creating High Performance professional service organizations. Migrated to business development and Project Management roles ultimately responsible for projects in the $2-$5m range. Utlimately became responsible for the HRMS and Project Consulting practice - roughtly a $10-15million practice focused on Human Capital and Project based solutions with upwards of 30 consultants. Following the Peoplesoft acquisition, became part of the Portfolio Management Team responsible for a portfolio of key accounts and opportunities and ensuring Oracle maintained a profitable prescense in those accounts.
