I am currently a Business Analyst at NatWest, my work consists of me supporting actively running projects making sure that all targets and requirements given to us by our stakeholders are met. Before I was promoted to my Business Analyst role I was an IT apprentice at NatWest where I worked within a team of IT project managers, learning the skills of being a project manager and actively increasing my skills and knowledge. I have successfully passed year 1 and 2 of my apprenticeship which was SCQF IT Professional Level 8.Previously I have worked within financial and customer services at Santander where I passed an apprenticeship based around both financial and customer services. I also have had experience in sales from my time of over a year and a half at Sky working as a Retention Sales advisor picking up very good communication and people skills as well as a great understanding of working as both part of a team and on my own.
