RETIRED:30+ years in global custodial banking and investment management related industries both in Australia and the United Kingdom. Working primarily in senior sales, relationship management client facing roles, I have worked with some of the premier financial services firms in this space including JPMorgan, State Street, Bank of New York and most recently Northern Trust. In addition to applying/implementing corporate sales analysis and strategy, my experience has provided for a thorough and deep technical understanding of market operations as it relates in particular to custodial services banking. I have significant product and service implementation experience working across a diverse client base and have a solid understanding of how technical banking products are constructed including their legal, risk, compliance and disclosure requirements. In addition, I have accumulated detailed knowledge of related back office operational and business processing procedures. From a commercial perspective, I have had ‘P&L’ responsibility and practical exposure to writing business case proposals and requirements. My experience to date has challenged me to articulate complex information via a number of forums and across a wide spectrum of audiences.I have worked with a number of contemporary project management methodologies, including Agile, LEAN and I am formally certified in Prince2 project methodology
