My career consists of more than thirty years professional experience in financial applications, chiefly developing and supporting international treasury systems, and more recently sanctions monitoring. I have been fortunate enough to work on a variety of successful implementations in the City of London and in other financial centres around the world. I am still enthusiastic to write new code using C-based languages (including Java) and scripting languages on various platforms, and I enjoy organising and documenting projects.
