Work with the Software Designers and Software Testers collaboratively in order to fully understand the technical requirements for the feature(s) in question Take functional specifications and converting them to technical specs, analyze the requirements and expected future requirements it will interact with, and raising design concerns and especially those that may impact the technical solution. Ensure technical solution consider flexible, scalable and an approach for subsequent features and sprintsCreate and implement new concepts using any combination of MEDITECH’s programming technologies as appropriateAddress identified software deficiencies and provide a coding solution that satisfies the customer’s needsPeer review other developer’s work and provide constructive criticism and suggestions for alternate approaches as neededAdhere to coding, and other standards, to ensure the software is efficient, flexible, scalable, and high-qualityExplain technical concepts in non-technical terms, when appropriate, in order to provide needed insight for functionality and design decisionsAct as a technical resource and role model for the group, and help to lead the direction of foundational areasEnsure quality and efficiency of code by instilling standards throughout the code.Prioritize a constantly evolving workload, including both sprint-related work and other responsibilities Provide training to programmers and other group members on technical conceptsServe as a Project Management or a Scrum Master as neededWork autonomously
