Responsible for the Environmental Policy driving a new Net Zero strategy. Achieved Net Zero in 2022 for scopes 1 and 2. Wrote and implemented the Carbon Transition Plan to achieve Net Zero across scopes 1, 2 and 3 emissions by 2035.Led Mr Green and William Hill M&A Procurement Synergies. Surpassed savings target from business acquisition plan.Planned and executed Procurement Blueprint for onward William Hill sale to Caesars and synergies for Caesars/William Hill USA. Developed separation strategy and execution plan for William Hill carve out for Rest of World business for onward sale. Achieved no dis-synergies. Executed synergy plan for William Hill ROW sale to 888 Holdings beating 3-year plan 1.5 years early and exceeding savings target by more than 40%.Promoted to newly formed Group CPO in August 2022.
