My current role as well as my previous experience has prepared me for just about any position in any situation. I keep teams motivated daily. I am responsible for promoting collaboration and removing impediments. I am constantly looking for new and exciting ways to meet with the team to discuss strengths and opportunities. Teaching and guiding the team are activities performed daily. I am not afraid to try something new and I always solicit feedback. I believe trust and respect are the keys to having a successful team.I have done everything from managing hourly team members to working as an individual contributor. I have been part of a project team implementing new technology to supporting new and existing technology. I see every day as an opportunity to learn and to grow both as an individual and as a team contributor.
