Hands to Help is a community outreach program for the underserved and needy. My role was facilitating community educational component creating an awareness of issues involved in homelessness. Weekly, I led a group of local high school students in preparing meals (sack suppers) for Hands to Help clients. Twice yearly, I facilitated an experiential event to help young people and adults in the community to learn about homelessness. Attendees were taken to an area with the highest concentration in the country of homeless youth to see how a young person might survive on the street. Returning they were led through a mock "intake" procedure to learn what takes place at a youth shelter.

Created, developed, marketed and coordinated multigenerational religious education program in large suburban Parish community transitioning from “Generations of Faith” model to a self-sustaining catechetical one grounded in expressed community needs. This involved: - Selecting and/or creating educational resources and themes for yearly program- Recruiting and developing age-specific planning teams for religious education - Recruiting speakers and performing artists coordinating materials for presentation- Developing advertising, marketing and assessment tools to invite & include broader group of participants

Coordinated & supported youth activities efforts at 60 Catholic Parishes and 9 High Schools – resourcing & providing consultation to teachers/ministers on youth ministry and adolescent catechesis
