Plan, organize, and coordinate all aspects of litigation in federal courts and administrative proceedings to enforce federal securities laws. Argued and prevailed on novel legal issues of significant programmatic importance, including SEC’s claims that a company conducted an illegal unregistered offering of crypto assets, and that Big Four audit firms violated statutory obligations to produce client work papers located in China. First-chair responsibility for complex securities fraud cases including insider trading, hack-to-trade, and fraud by issuers and investment advisers. Recipient of the 2023 and 2021 Chair’s Award for Excellence, the 2015 SEC’s International Award, the Enforcement Director’s Award, and numerous Special Act Awards. Performed special assignment on crypto matters for SEC's Office of General Counsel (2022-2023).

Advised senior SEC leadership on regulatory initiatives involving crypto assets. Coordinated Office of General Counsel's legal review of rules and other agency actions affecting crypto industry. Review and assist with crypto-related enforcement actions.

Investigated potential securities law violations and prepared litigated enforcement actions.

Advised SEC General Counsel on regulatory and enforcement matters.
