With over 10 years of experience in supply chain management, I am a passionate leader who drives business growth and efficiency through strategic planning and data-driven insights. As a Sr. Supply Chain Manager at Amazon, I oversee the long term capacity planning for 50+ grocery online fulfilment centers, while optimizing costs, quality, and service. I leverage my skills in business planning, problem solving, and analytics to identify and implement innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Previously, I was the Supply Chain Director at CLEAN Cause, a social enterprise that produces organic beverages and supports addiction recovery. There, I managed the entire supply chain from sourcing to distribution, and successfully launched new products and expanded into new markets. I also have a strong background in logistics and distribution, having led the exports of granola bars to multiple countries as the Head of Logistics at Nutrivital. I hold a Master of Applied Science in Supply Chain Management from MIT and a Bachelor in Industrial Engineering from Universidad San Francisco de Quito. I also have a certification in Six Sigma Green Belt from Portland State University. I am fluent in English and Spanish, and have a keen interest in network design, strategy, forecasting and planning.
