As a Financial Services Officer with Reddy Kilowatt Credit Union, I provide front line assistance to our members. I advise them about our products and services and find solutions for their financial needs. I also provide operational support to the office. This includes, but is not limited to monitoring accounts that may be overdrawn, technical and website support, graphic design, public relations, communications, marketing, and involvement in employee retention programs.

As a Customer Service Representative with TD, I provided front line assistance to customers by helping them with financial transactions. I also provided them information about products and services and made suggestions that would help them with their financial goals.

As Store Manger, I oversaw total operations of the restaurant. This included all HR functions including recruitment and retention, training, scheduling, conducting employee performance reviews, helping staff set targets and objectives for their growth and development. I also had to motivate the team to work together to achieve sales and service targets as well as other targets pertaining to profitability. Other area I was responsible for was inventory controls and ensuring the restaurant met other budget goals. I also worked with members of the community to help make the restaurant a leader in it's community.
