Was responsible for developing clients and enhancing the relationship with existing clients. Primarily working with individuals and assessing their insurance needs for life insurance, disability insurance and long term care insurance. Duties include extensive phone work, individual in-person meetings and developing a plan to address their insurance needs. Responsibilities included process improvement and oversight of long term care claim adjudication. Additional responsibilities included marketing of a long term care preferred provider network. This has included developing responses to requests for proposal. Conducted reinsurance claim file audits at various claim offices

Lead three teams of insurance recovery analysts to investigate and recover accounts receivable for hospitals related to motor vehicle, workers' compensation and general liability. Monitored account receivable aging, revenue projection and performance management. Clients from multiple states.

Responsible for staff that investigated and adjudicated workers' compensation claims for the six New England states and pensioned workers' compensation claims in forty-eight jurisdictions. Involved as a Settlement Specialist for long term claims with jurisdictions throughout the country. Established a telephonic case management unit with an emphasis to reduce allocated and loss costs.
