When fear and anxiety took over in 2020 and we sacrificed our interaction with others (for good reasons) we realized what truly is important. By finding the way back to our deep rooted core value of caring, we only knew one thing to do: To spark some light in the dark. At Light in the Dark s.r.o., we specialize in Storytelling training, empowering individuals to effectively persuade, influence, and drive cultural change. We believe that storytelling is an ancient art form that transcends time, and we are passionate about equipping our clients with the skills to captivate audiences and achieve remarkable success. We complement our trainings with coaching services to support the implementation of transformative strategies, inspire leadership, and empower others to take action.

As PCC (ICF) Coach I support my clients in their desire to transform. I weave in storytelling as powerful tool in form of workshops and trainings to support cultural change in organizations. Storytelling is a great communication tool in coaching and mentoring. It helps to learn empathy, shows effective ways to convey messages and to share information that sticks.

As ACC Coach and Mentor I follow the ICF core competencies but do also believe in the power of positivity and willingness. With various tools I help my clients to identify personal values. Living those values help to grow interpersonal skills while staying connected in a holistic environment. I focus on enhancing the Life and Business Leadership skills by building interpersonal competencies and a character, creating commitment without authority. Identifying ressources is a key to unlock new ideas. I follow the principle of refusing the useless and absorbing the useful.

I am pleased to lead a group of multinational guides that are inspired by history and have a passion for medieval tour guiding in the old town of Prague. We love to entertain and to engage with our audiences.In 2020 we have moved our tours to an online version to react to current needs of the travel and tourism industry. As Talent Advisor I was in charge of the EMEAF coaching strategies and learning programs to support managers in the organizations developing their employees. As a main responsibility I reviewed global programs and initiated projects to align concepts on global level for enhancing coaching capabilities. This contributed to key strategic decision that led organizational change.

Team Management As Supervisor I was responsible for the Team performance, identifying development and training opportunities, recruitment and strategic planning. Ensuring compliancy with global controls and safety requirements.Team SupervisionOver the years I could build my role as a trusted advisor and internal coach to support employees coping with stress and developing interpersonal competencies. With a positive and solution orientated approach I could support colleagues and the organization to improve coaching projects and trainings.

Operational Support for 12 people, working for Middle East and African countries. Global network. Coaching employees on performance and motivation. Hiring and recruitment for Chemicals department.

Supply Chain activities, customer service key operations for Middle East and African market. Export coordinator for marine cargo and oversea freight.Besides this I delivered trainings to heal customer relationships and to develop interpersonal competencies. This was to built confidence and stress resilience in times of crises and challenges. I also supported onboarding initiatives in the soft skill area, improving training courses for new team members and experienced colleagues.

As soacial-pedagogical advisor and child care worker I supported families within the §§ youth welfare services. Within my work I also performed street work and acted as a trusted advisor for criminal law. I supported parents by giving courses as parenting instructor.As a fighting game instructor I supported young adolescents to understand the importance of healthy conflicts with respect and rules.During my work I had the chance to absolve a training as Systemic Coach to supervise families but also colleagues. This work strengthened my abilities to cope with challenging situations and set the page for my future career.
