He and his two employees provide electronic and print communications services to over 300 employees, a tribal community membership of over 600 and government, civic and commercial partners. His department’s mission as a unit of the Information Technology Department is to provide a user friendly experience for the visitors, employees and General Council members when visiting tribal websites, intranets, extranets and portals.

Dave served as Sr. Product Manager/Director of Marketing and Sales for Global Special Effects (formerly SnowMasters), the innovative world leader in special effects. He helped promote the SnowMasters, FoamMasters, Flogos, EcoScent and BubbleMaster brands. Managing a team of seven sales/customer service staff, he helped support an ever-growing domestic and international client base to include Walt Disney World, Disney Cruises, Paramount, Sea World, and Legoland.

David helped promote and manage three Chambers of Commerce online, the America Chamber of Commerce, the Weston Chamber in Ft. Lauderdale, and the Clark County Chamber in Las Vegas.

David served as an Internet Specialist and Marketing consultant to Immuno Laboratories, helping the company expand accessibility to Immuno's food allergy testing and research services via premier online resources for physicians and patients.
