Facilitate regular team and individual meetings with key staff. Manage commercial and residential sales associates to ensure their goals are being hit and they have everything they need to help our customers. Manage production associate to ensure our brand experience is being delivered on time and on budget. Perform field visits with key staff and paint crews to identify coaching opportunities for areas of improvement. Create and track intermediate and short term goals to keep us on the path to becoming the greatest painting company in the world.

Oversee the residential side of the business by managing residential sales associates. Perform the duties of a residential sales associate during heavy leadflow times to ensure every customer is being serviced in a timely fashion. Facilitate bi-weekly goal set and review meetings with residential sales associates. Regularly hold coaching events to improve skill of both sales associates and job site supervisors. Facilitate monthly production meetings with the key staff of the company to ensure our brand promise is being delivered and to practice continuous improvement. Handle all daily accounting of the business including payables and receivables, payroll, budgeting, etc.

Present CertaPro Painters to prospective customers so as to differentiate our company from our competition and to further enhance our brand. Service all prospective customers with the objective of meeting their painting needs and building customers for life. Ensure that each individual customer's needs are clearly communicated and accurately documented on a written proposal. Develop close working relationships with our job site supervisors to ensure all expectations set forth on the proposal are met. Handle all daily accounting of the business including payables and receivables, payroll, budgeting, etc.
