My career experience includes over twenty years within the Materials Management/Supply Chain Management fields. I have held positions of Materials Manager, Purchasing Manager, Commodity Manager Imports/Transportation and Master Scheduler.My demonstrated skills and experience in the management and reduction of raw material, work in process and finished goods inventory have been recognized by peers within past and present organizations. I have achieved measurable results in the reduction of excess inventory and lead time, with an emphasis on increasing inventory turns.Through analysis of data, I am able to identify product demand trends, producing solutions focused on meeting or exceeding on-time shipping goals. I possess a thorough understanding of system demand drivers and their critical role in satisfying customer demand.I possess international trade experience in managing a tenfold growth in procurement and logistics of imported products.My formal education includes a degree in Materials Management and as a member of the A.P.C.S. Shoreline Chapter, I have achieved CPIM certification. I have received formal training and have utilized several software applications including SAP, JD Edwards and BPICS to name a few.
