I'm a native of South Florida and have been in the real estate industry since graduating college. In 2008, after a 23 year run in the development industry, I was forced to reinvent myself due to the economic melt down. In 2009, I wrote the book called, "Buy Right Sell Smart". Sold 10,000 copies and then it went out of print. During that year, I began another career in general real estate. While this has been fruitful, I went back into development real estate for a successful 7 year run with CalAtlantic/Lennar Homes. During my tenure, I sold over 360 homes with a total dollar volume of $145M. Throughout my career, I've acquired skills in Interior Design and can offer a sharp skill set to a well-rounded company that seeks excellence.
