Managing the execution of the Digital Success Programm of the Hungarian government and the work of 70 colleagues.One of the key tasks for the Digital Success Programme launched at the end of 2015, is to boost the creation of value-added employment opportunities by taking advantage of digitalisation and to create more jobs than the number of jobs terminated in the wake of the digital transformation.

Within the framework of the Digital Success Programme of the Hungarian government, I was responsible for the execution of the Digital Startup Strategy and the Strategy on Digital Export-Development, managing a team of 12 colleagues. During the execution of the strategies, special emphasis is being placed on incorporating the entrepreneurial and digital competencies in the primary and secondary education programs, on the support of business angels and private investors by acknowledging their efforts in taking risks - by introducing tax incentives and further regulatory measures.

As a freelance trainer contracted with Icunet AG I am conducting face-to-face intercultural training sessions for expat professionals and executives with the focus on Hungary and the CEE region in German and English.

As a colleague of the department responsible for Digital Economy and Innovation, I was in charge of drafting the Industry 4.0 strategy of the Hungarian government.

As a colleague of the responsible department, it was my role to contribute to the regulatory efforts of the Hungarian science diplomacy. I am in charge of coordinating the network of science and technology attachés. The attachés are primarily responsible for cultivating bilateral relations, coordinating RDI efforts, promoting the economic utilization of research achievements, networking, exploiting capacities, and sharing information between the partner countries.

As a colleague of the responsible department, I was in charge of the budget planning of the RDI instituitions of the Hungarian government.

The NRDI Office of Hungary is a national strategic and funding agency for scientific research, development, and innovation, the primary source of advice on RDI policy for the Hungarian Government, and the primary RDI funding agency. Its mission is to develop RDI policy and ensure that Hungary adequately invest in RDI by funding excellent research and supporting innovation to increase competitiveness.As a senior policy advisor working for the president's office, my charge was coordinating the work of the decision-making council of the office, the National RDI Council.

As the head of the board office, I was responsible for preparing and organizing the board meetings and supervisory board meetings of E.ON Hungaria.

As the head of the secretariat of one of the units of the Directorate for public procurement I was coordinating the work of 14 lawyers.

I was responsible for the implementation of European youth policies to the Hungarian laws.
