Manage a fast paced warehouse on all stock accuracy and location management at our Rotherham site that holds Maplin Electronics. I started here on secondment to implement and train a stock team. Since I have taken on the roll as stock manager. I am now responsible for upholding all accuracy and wastage KPI's both internal and contractual along with implementing efficiency improvements and managing a locations team.

Manage and control stock accuracy and wattage KPI's in a fast pace environment at the Redditch site with the John Lewis client.Produce and create reports to upkeep accuracy. Manage PI table. Manage locations of stock to keep efficiency at its up most. Manage a team of up to 30 staff.
