I am a professional working for Celtic Horizons within Mears Group PLC, my main duties are advising the team on all surveying duties, leading the team on priority cases such as Disrepair claims and Damp and mould, implementing processes and having responsibility for multiple contracts. I have previous experience working on planned maintenance, reactive maintenance, PAG works and Voids. I have experience working in the social housing sector for more than 16 years for housing associations both directly and sub contracting. My knowledge and passions are WHQS, FFHH/HHSRS, VOIDS and PAGS.I’m a Committee member and volunteer coach for the Dare valley flyers netball club, based in Cwmdare, Aberdare. It's a team for school years 3-10. Girls ages 6-15 years old. Girls only team currently. We are using netball as a fun and active way to help lift self confidence and build up girls in a volunteer led team.
