Continuing with my previous duties which I was assigned when ISS had the Facilities Management contract, I am in charge of the busy Mailroom in a Head Office/Production site with a head count of more than 400 people. I am responsible for a small team taking care of a wide variety of logistical duties and the administration of its application.

Production Operator 1986 – 1997I first started working for Kodak Ltd in 1986 as a Production Operator.• After 3 months I progressed to a more senior position within the production area. This involved weighing up critical chemical materials which ranged from a few grams to many kilos in weight. • I was responsible for all the chemical stock and did stock checking and auditing twice during the shift to maintain stock accuracy. The records were kept, archived and then reported to senior managers.• I was trained to provide back up to production staff with the operation of specialized equipment.• Spent more than 12 years working shift work on a 4 week changing shift pattern.Senior Warehouse Materials Supply Operator 1997 – 2009I held the position of Senior Materials supply Operator for my last 12 years with Kodak Ltd. My duties included handling deliveries into the site, drivers POD's, and using the SAP booking system to book in the items. I then redistribute the materials around the site.• I attend meetings to organize daily and weekly work schedules with lean manufacturing and daily stock checking. • I liaise with many different levels of staff and management and I am accountable and responsible for expensive critical items of materials as they arrive on site and within the work area.• I write audits within different work areas and note any non standard practices. Liaise and put into place any corrective actions required as a result of audit reports.• I write standard work reports and safety assessment reports for various areas, attend workshops and make presentations to various levels of company management showing lean manufacturing improvements implemented.
