His last 5 years of ITT service was spent as a Customer Service Representative.Customer Service work duties included but not limited to:* Managed 3 multimillion USD distributor and Channel Partner accounts, managing orders from quotation to invoicing.* Liaised with stakeholders with any inquiry or problem and answered or foundsolutions.* Raised Return Merchandise Authorisation and Credit note application wherenecessary.* Proofread Customer Service departments product for any errors. * Cross trained with other Customer Service colleagues to manage their accounts.
