Manufacturing: Managed a scrap reduction project at a powertrain manufacturing plant that has yielded significant decreases in scrap production. The project required several process changes that increased the fidelity of the data used for continuous problem solving as well as the methodology in which accountability was identified.Residual Value: Headed a small team tasked with developing a system dynamics model with the intent to identify opportunities by which vehicle residual value could be optimized. The successful use of advanced analytics provided significant insights and the model continues to be leveraged.
