Responsible for managing and developing existing facility management company contracts within a number of high profile developments within the South of England which are mainly based within London.The type of contracts that I were responsible for range between schools, housing associations, hotels, food & drink chains and large data centres. Within these contracts I was responsible for the overall management which included PPM & corrective works planning, safety audits and operational audits.I was responsible for a total of 17 no engineers and additional sub-contractors to ensure that the current and future workloads were completed within the scheduled time frame and where possible reduce this to maximise profitability without having a diverse effect on the quality or scope of the works.I devised and managed PPM and special works programmes to work in cohesion with the clients expectations.I also attended regular contract review meeting with major clients and also visited other clients on a regular basis to ensure that customer satisfaction was met at all times and was on hand if there were any disputes.Working with various facility management companies has allowed me to understand their methodology which has developed by management skills further within the facility management sector.

Responsible for securing, managing and developing existing key accounts, whilst ensuring long-term client relationships.I attended regular contract review meetings with major clients and also visited other clients on a regular basis to ensure that customer satisfaction was met at all times and was on hand if there were any disputes.Whilst managing the Account Management Team I was also been responsible for the overall management of the Project Department to ensure that there was constant communication and development from the initial sales enquiry to completion and invoicing.I was a consistent team member, supporting front line account managers / sales for all matters technical / commercial / engineering & successful project delivery from order intake stage.

I commenced employment as a senior service engineer and then progressed to various temporary roles during a transition of the company structure. The roles that I covered were Sales Engineer, Contracts Manager, Project Manager and eventually Sales Manager. As Contracts Manager I was managing the maintenance portfolio with eight engineers within Southern England. Within the Project Management role, I managed the system replacement of a 22 Loop analogue addressable fire alarm system in Bristol. This was managed alongside the project management of smaller works and the quoting and management of service remedial works. As Sales Manager I met and exceeded the annual sales target for the financial year 2010 - 2011 which also resulted in the company's highest annual profit. My responsibilities were to produce accurate sales quotes to customers both for new service contracts and service remedials along with producing monthly sales reports.I also attend regular contract review meeting with major clients and also visited other clients on a regular basis to ensure that customer satisfaction ismet at all times and to be on hand if there are any disputes.

Duties – Having progressed from a Senior Service Engineer through to Service Supervisor and then finally to the position of Small Works Manager, I have gained experience in servicing, fault finding and commissioning to a various range of manufacturers equipment. These systems include Notifier, Ziton, Kidde, Wormald, Thorn, Chubb, Gents, Morley, Kentec, Advanced Electronics and Haes, all of which I have experience in both conventional and addressable aspects of these. I also have experience with aspiration systems such as VESDA and Kidde Hartnell, and experience with gas discharge systems. The experience that I have gained has allowed me to have a good understanding of system design and costing, this mainly being additions to existing fire alarm systems and the management of small/medium system installations from quotation stage through to organising the commissioning.The management part of my experience was not only restricted to the management of projects as I was also responsible for managing a team of staff ranging from Admin Staff, Supervisors, Engineers and Sub-Contractors. I have structured this department from initially loaning engineers from the Service Department to having an established team of engineers, supervisors and admin staff with an average turnover of £100k per month.
