My background is electrical engineering, with high degree of multidisciplinary expertise.My 35 year career has spanned a wide range of sectors in the construction industry covering a variety of projects and sectors all over the world. I lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects from initial feasibility stages through to construction and commissioning. These include a variety of challenging project types such as hospitals, phased refurbishments, listed buildings as well as new build.Projects I have worked on and been responsible for range from Coomera Hospital, Queensland Cancer Centre, Redland Hospital, Cairns Hospital HV Upgrade, Bundaberg Hospital Masterplan, Caboolture Hospital Redevelopment, AMP office fitout, 141 Queen Street office fitout, 480 Queen Street technical advisory role, Toowoomba Hospital Kitchen, Lady Cilento Mortuary and Redcliffe Hospital detailed business case, various tall residential towers in Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Weapon of choice - KTM 500 EXC. Also in my spare time I have been playing guitar for over 30 years and am known to be a grower and consumer of chillies, from mild to superhot!
