Headhunted in 2002 to assist with the transition of the buying process from the US to the UK, Working alongside the purchasing manager to grow the department and help the smooth transition to a purpose-built facility. This included the design, build and implementation of new internal intranet air freight system that saved the business over 1 million per year. Other responsibilities were to source plan and maintain the purchasing pipeline for Cat cables, KVM and surge protection extension cables.

Responsible for the supply chain for two internal production lines that produced the complete communication systems for air traffic control systems and BBC talk back solutions.

Implementation of mrpII systems and infrastructure and setup of manufacturing lines in the Far East
