Responsible for forecasting and analyzing long range capacity demands for the Northeast Division through quantitative analysisUtilize historical variables to project future demand/needs for 8 key regionsLeverage corporate analytics to forecast regional profit gains based on supply/demandApply liner equations and variable analysis to meet monthly service level agreements for both regional and divisional requirementsResponsible for the daily and monthly reporting across all Northeast Divisional business partners and leadership teamsDeveloped and maintained capacity & productivity measures for all regionsCreated specialized reporting tools to capture service level metrics

• Work directly with internal and external business partners to provide accounting and investment management support services related to Fidelity mutual funds and other investment vehicles, including: o Leverage and improve existing procedures to ensure that controls are in place and executed and that documentation is retained consistently. o Analyze charges, identify and document exceptions to banking partners. Follow exceptions to resolution; escalate as needed to get the desired result. o Apply proficient knowledge of mutual fund accounting, general ledger accounting and regulatory reporting requirements. o Working on complex tasks as assigned while managing priorities and workload to ensure assigned tasks are completed according to schedule. o Collaborating with business partners to ensure reporting deadlines are met while being actively involved in the research and resolution of issues. o Identify, analyze, coordinate and participate in the research of issues across funds and fund groups to determine impact on shareholder and other regulatory reports.

• Work closely with Broker Services and Distribution to oversee entire Net Of Commissions process for the Group Division including:o Weekly Variance and Total Reports (includes audits) on all NOC o Weekly SOX compliance processo Weekly Broker Services Variance Meetingo Resolution/Coordination/Reconciliation of all NOC discrepancies (includes coordination with Central Finance and inventory tracking)o Weekly review of NOC transactionso Monitor/Update NOC process/spreadsheet including trouble shootingo New hire/Transfer NOC trainingo Monthly NOC Revenue Adjustment
