Fortunate enough to be given the opportunity to expand my skills in the area of Law Enforcement, and confronting persons engaged in prohibited activities or in violation of the Criminal Code of Canada - particularly with Theft / Fraud. Blending Customer Service in confronting challenges. I've been involved in making arrests as well as diplomatically de-escalating situations to finding peaceful resolutions. This is an area in my Law Enforcement career that has been a weakness that I was fortunate enough to gain more experience in and developed to become a person better equipped to handle situations of these magnitudes at work but also in life. Still require improvements in this area, looking to continue to improve, and grateful for my time spent with Delta Security and Safety services for showing me the way. The management and fellow employees are absolutely amazing in their passion for this field and the amount of attention they give to people who are looking to improve - a wonderful company to work for and a life changing opportunity. Intelligarde was my first Full Time exposure and entry into the world of Law Enforcement and Private Security services.Coming in from the entry level, making mistakes, learning from positive rolemodels, I was given the opportunity to adapt and adjust to the field, understand more about the world of this industry, and ultimately find myself learning more and finding better ways to provide customer service and to make other's around me happy. We work in an industry where there is a lot of conflict and problem solving, and although it's impossible to be perfect or to execute flawlessly 100% of the time, having the intention to do your best and having a willingness to put in the hours and learn what needs to be done, accept responsibility for errors and work to improve will help you to become a better employee.
