Responsible for due diligence on corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions. Transactions included assisting on a major restructuring for a conglomerate of French and American entities dealing in airline manufacturing, and assisting in drafting programming documents for a cable television company’s specializing in providing Indian programming in the United States and Canada.

Volunteered as a law student clinic provider under the supervision of an attorney at a Philadelphia HIV prevention organization based in North Philadelphia. As a member of the legal clinic, I participated in the needle exchange program at Prevention Point. The needle exchange program also had a medical clinic staffed by University of Pennsylvania medical students and a legal clinic staffed by law students from the Philadelphia area.

Evaluated foreign academic credentials for a nonprofit which provides American credentials to clients who have received their education in Latin America, Spain, Portugal, and Lusophone Africa for immigration, education, licensing, and employment reasons.

Set up an HIV awareness and AIDS prevention program for high school youth in the Los Angeles metro area. Recruited youth and organized youth events. Wrote an HIV education and Peer Health Educator curriculum for community outreach workers. Formed program alliances with community agencies that target youth.
