I specialize in microeconomics, econometrics, finance, statistics, and pharmacoeconomics. I have over 25 years of experience managing large, complex economic and damages analyses and consulted in the areas of competition, antitrust, securities, intellectual property, arbitration, pharmaceuticals, transportation, real estate, hospitality, and breach of contract; and provided expert testimony in competition matters, general commercial litigation, and damages cases. I have been involved in matters throughout the US and UK / Europe. My work has included development of econometric models to examine loss causation issues in the structured finance and real estate markets; development of economic and regression analyses to assess damages in the computer hardware and software industries and airline and other transportation industries; development of economic arguments and damages analyses in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries; and economic and quantitative analyses related to allegations of securities fraud in 10b-5, residential and commercial real estate mortgage-backed securities, and ERISA matters. In addition, I have provided economic and quantitative analyses in mergers and acquisitions.
