Which was monitored by myself, checking expiry dates, creating orders for new chemicals, oils and substances, for example Kerosene.Was tasked with looking after up to 300 military personnel daily whilst in Cyprus, leading them around to different events, presenting lectures/instructions to the most junior up to VIPs. After strong leadership skills were apparent to senior personnel, placed in charge of my own team of 12, setting out systematically individual tasking’s and what was expected of them. Conducting meetings, discussing relevant ideas with effective delivery of large groups. Often liaising/speaking with the Executive of operations to reveal progress of tasking’s and what could be improved for future safer practice. Whilst building a strong rapport with all staff, became a highly useful trusted member of the strong team that provided excellent service.
