Pieta House is the centre for prevention of suicide or self harm. Founded in Dublin in 2006, we have grown to become a national organisation with 9 centres across the country.In 2014, we helped over 5,200 people who came to us for support.My work in Pieta has included designing and implementing our Mind Ur Buddy training programme. We have facilitated specialised training for groups as diverse as An Garda Siochana, ESB Ireland, P&G and the IRFU.

In 2013/14 I served as vice-chairman of my GAA club, Fingal Ravens. This was a position that came with a lot of responsibility, including considerations for future development and making provisions so the club can operate on a day to day basis.In my time here we finalised plans for a new All-Weather facility in the club and also managed to secure funding for the project.

This position involved working as a roofer for 5 years. This led to a promotion to the position of Project Manager. In this role, I was responsible for several large contracts, including Uniphar, Citywest and Lidl Distribution Centre, Mullingar.
