David Mitchell is the CFO and COO of SynergyGPS, LLC, a certified woman-owned management consulting and IT Solutions firm located in Atlanta, Georgia. The firm provides professional services, business management, organizational development, IT, AI and Cyber Security Solutions to the federal government and commercial sector.He is formerly the Senior Partner for Desired Outcomes Capital, LLC, focusing on capital and senior debt advisory services for fast growing, middle and lower middle market companies. Before that, he was the Senior Vice President for the Southeast & Mid-Atlantic Market for White Oak Business Credit. Based in Atlanta, he was charged with business development and revenue growth for the company. Prior to that, he served as the Senior Vice President and Market Manager for Bridge Bank, a division of Western Alliance Bank, from 2015 to 2017. Based in Atlanta, he led all business development efforts for the Capital Finance Group, for the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. His focus was creating senior debt loan opportunities for the Asset Based and Technology Lending groups.David Mitchell is a native Atlantan, and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance from Morehouse College. With over 20 years of experience, prior to joining Bridge Bank, David spent nearly 4 years with Action Capital Corporation, doing accounts receivable based working capital transactions, with a focus on clients doing business with the federal government. Prior to that, he spent nearly 8 years as a Vice President and Principal Banker with Wells Fargo Business Banking, and 3 years as a Vice President in Commercial Banking for Citizens Trust Bank (CTB), a minority owned bank headquartered in Atlanta. While at CTB, he managed the bank’s partnership with the Department of Transportation, and its Short-Term Lending Program, along with its newly formed leasing program. In addition, he spent 4 years with GE Capital Corporation, working in their Corporate Leasing, Small Business Capital and SBA Lending units. Prior to that, he spent 3 years in investment banking for Ward Bradford & Co., after starting his career in 1992 as a Management Associate in the Commercial Banking and Leasing units with NationsBank, now Bank of America.
