1) During the NPI phase, work with customers and PD to determine the final product design and manufacturing process.2) Work with customers to establish the quality standard of finished good, and define the quality standard of incoming materials with suppliers3) Review all the verification results and related quality & engineering documents to determine whether the product is OK to mass production 4) Organize relevant departments improve the main issues and reduce TML.5) Guide suppliers to improve the production yield of raw materials and solve the quality issue.6) Make weekly/monthly quality report, and report the project status to quality director.7) Handle the customer complaints, and provide 5C/8D reports

1)According to customer requirements, design the corresponding temperature sensor, and work out the sample book,process flow chart and sample engineering management tickets, etc.;2) Make the required materials for the quotation of new products, and feed back to customers;3) Responsible for the samples marking 4) Responsible for the reliability test of samples.
