Before being asked to place cafes in Macquarie Bank, IAG, Perpetual Trustees Fairfax and Qantas.Menu design, coffee quality, training and supplier liaison were large proportions of this position.Overall quality control of coffee and food. Hiring, training etc of up to 75 staff over 15 locations.
