I started in automobile sales in 1984 at Valley Cadillac in Rochester , NY.I learned the process of selling and retaining customers over the past 30 + years.The goal has been to keep customers for life.My time at Valley also led me to be involved in the Continuous Improvement Team. This process helped me work with different teams of employees .The goal was to review,research and recommend to management our findings. I have been a member of the Cadillac Crest Club for 20 + years.My sales experience has led to having the ability to make the purchase and / or leasing experience an enjoyable one for my clients.I now have the opportunity to sell all of General Motor's vehicles at the Randall Farnsworth Auto Group in Canandaigua,NY. My product knowledge is growing.The portfolio of product I have to offer my clients has expanded.This is my experience to date.And I continue to evolve with the auto industry
