I am a Year 2 student currently studying Business in Republic Polytechnic. Prior to that I was a student of Institute of Technological Education (ITE) in Sports Management. I have learnt not only skills in sports related industries, but also business etiquette throughout my 2 years in ITE. As evidenced by my selection in courses of study, I have aspirations of venturing into the sporting industry as a career path where I can utilize my skills of business and sports.In my free time, I am a weightlifter for the Singapore national team and have represented my country in overseas competitions regularly. Being in such an intense sport has shaped my values that will carry on into my life. Perserverance, to never give up against all odds and courage, where I have to step out of my comfort zone and into the unknown to be successful.
