About David Molnar

I love bikes. I travel specifically to ride my mountain bike and have ridden in places like Hawaii, Jamaica, Mexico, Montana, and all over the desert Southwest. I've ridden the famed Porcupine Rim trail (Moab, UT) on six separate occasions. I've passed this passion onto my son and have been humbled by his growth in the sport.Through mountain biking I have become a leader in my community as a Team Director for the SoChesCo Hellbenders mountain bike racing team. I am responsible for 30+ student athletes and 25 coaches. We are stewards and advocates for several local trail systems and compete in the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Cycling League (PICL). I have certification in CPR and First Aid along with other certifications that are recognized by the National Interscholastic Cycling Association (NICA) as a Level 3 (highest) coach. While this keeps me busy outside of my career with over 150 volunteer hours per year, I am rewarded with watching student athletes grow in the sport and make connections that will last a lifetime.I grew up in Wilmington, Delaware and attended the University of Delaware. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Finance. At the time, MBNA was the largest employer in the state so it was there I started my career in the credit card industry. I've had the opportunity work with with and visit groups like USC, UCLA, CU-Boulder, and the Air Force Academy. After Bank of America bought MBNA I made my way over to the Digital Marketing side of the business. It was there that I launched products like BankAmericard, Travel Rewards, and Cash Rewards on BofA's credit card website. I then led the team that managed the credit card application creation process for proprietary products.After a successful run at BofA and gaining experience with website trafficking, personalization, and audience management using Adobe Target, I was recruited by Citi for a similar role. At Citi I worked with Zeta's ZMP as our decision engine and managed the Recommended/Featured Cards space on our Credit Cards and View All Cards pages. I worked closely with marketing partners to QA and execute digital deployments. I then monitored those campaigns through reporting and made data-driven recommendations.
