Report directly to Group Safety Manager:Conduct Risk Assessment to establish/identify all risks in the working environment using guidelines,Implemantation of Safety Strategies,Security Principles and Policies,Implementing and Monitoring Safety risks to ensure elimination and mitigations of current identified risks,Ensure the Occupational Health and Safety meets and improved at Nacala Rail Projects in order to meet national targets Using FMECA Methodology,Analyse Safety Accidents/incidents Stats to establish trends within all departments, Accident/Incident Investigation Using AICAT Technieqe,Facilitate Occupational Health and safety related isues to all department at SHE meetings and other structures,Participates in development of project specific programs,Conducts Training to Nacala Rail Employees in health and Safety Topics both during daily tailgate meetings and site orientations,Communicates regularly with Project Manager and Safety Superintendents in determining site safety needs and act as a technical Safety Resource,Performs formal worksite Safety inspection throughout the Assigned Geographic work area on a routine basis,Perform Behavior based Observations,Assist in the Implementation and monitoring of Health,safety and Environmental Program compliance and Effectiveness,Instructs Drivers and other emplyees regarding company,provincial and Federal regulations,Penalties for infraction of rules,Analyse Accidents reports tro determine the driver need for additional training,Conduct Internal Audits to Identify areas of Improvements.
